Services & Agreements

WebONOff provides comprehensive technology solutions including:

  • Business Process Automation: Streamlining workflows and operations
  • AI & Machine Learning Solutions: Implementing intelligent systems and predictive analytics
  • Cloud Infrastructure Services: Managing and optimizing cloud environments
  • Custom Application Development: Creating tailored software solutions
  • OAuth, SSO & API Integrations: Connecting and securing systems
  • Technical Consulting & Training: Providing expertise and knowledge transfer

All services are provided pursuant to separate service agreements that will be executed between WebONOff and the client. These agreements will specify:

  • Scope of services and deliverables
  • Project timelines and milestones
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Support and maintenance terms

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to:

  • Software, algorithms, and methodologies
  • Documentation and technical specifications
  • Training materials and guides
  • Proprietary tools and frameworks
  • Brand assets and trademarks

remain the property of WebONOff unless explicitly transferred in writing.

We respect and protect client intellectual property rights. Any pre-existing intellectual property owned by the client remains their property. We will:

  • Maintain confidentiality of client IP
  • Use client IP only as authorized
  • Return or destroy client IP upon request
  • Not claim ownership of client IP

Privacy & Security

We maintain strict confidentiality and implement robust security measures:

  • Encryption of sensitive data
  • Access control and authentication
  • Regular security audits
  • Compliance with GDPR and other regulations
  • Secure data storage and transmission
  • Employee confidentiality agreements

When processing client data, we:

  • Only process data as necessary for service delivery
  • Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures
  • Maintain records of processing activities

  • Assist with data subject requests
  • Ensure secure data deletion upon request

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements and may include:

Our invoicing process includes:

Legal Terms

WebONOff shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or delays
  • Third-party actions or content
  • Force majeure events
  • Client's failure to follow instructions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be:

  • Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bucharest
  • Resolved through negotiation first
  • Handled in accordance with Romanian legal procedures
  • Subject to the applicable statute of limitations

We encourage amicable resolution of any disputes before legal proceedings.
