All services are provided pursuant to separate service agreements that will be executed between WebONOff and the client. These agreements will specify:

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to:

remain the property of WebONOff unless explicitly transferred in writing.

We respect and protect client intellectual property rights. Any pre-existing intellectual property owned by the client remains their property. We will:

  • Maintain confidentiality of client IP
  • Use client IP only as authorized
  • Return or destroy client IP upon request
  • Not claim ownership of client IP
